1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of PrezKit, operated by Avy Lotati, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, micro-entreprise regime), trading as "EYA Concept" — SIRET 825 221 518 00020, Moulin de Mongadon, 86600 Lusignan, France, contact legal@prezkit.com. By creating an account or using PrezKit you accept them. They work together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and mentions légales.
2. What PrezKit is
PrezKit is an Intelligent Presence Management service: you build one verified, public presence page that unifies your online identity. We provide the platform; you are responsible for the content you publish.
3. Your account
You need a valid email to register (passwordless login). Keep your access secure. You must be old enough to contract. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PrezKit to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or abusive content, to break platform or third-party rules, to disrupt the service, or to scrape or misuse it.
5. Identity, usernames & impersonation
Your username (prezkit.com/yourname) and page name must be ones you have the right to use. You may not choose a name to impersonate or be mistaken for another person, brand, or organisation; register a name only to block someone or to resell it (squatting); infringe a trademark or other IP; or use an unlawful, abusive, or deceptive name. Some names are reserved (our brand, platform names, system terms) and some are held for review where a trademark or well-known identity is likely involved.
A page becomes public only after you verify the real identity behind it by connecting at least one authoritative account you control. Logging in is not verification. A connected account verifies one page at a time. You may not verify with an account you do not control. You may not pretend to be someone else or mislead people about who is behind a page; parody, fan, or tribute pages must make their nature clear.
6. "PrezKit Verified" — a trust signal, not an endorsement
PrezKit Verified confirms that a page is controlled by the identity it represents. It is a trust signal, not an endorsement — it says nothing about the quality, opinions, products, or links of the creator, and it is not a recommendation by PrezKit. We may revoke verification or the badge at any time if a page no longer qualifies, if a verifying connection is removed and not restored within the grace period, or if the page breaches these terms. A page that loses verification returns to private.
7. Content about other people
If you publish anything naming or depicting other people — collaborators, band members, testimonial authors, people in photos — you confirm you have the right to do so. You grant us the licence needed to host and display it as part of your page, and you'll address any complaint about it.
8. Your content & our platform
You keep ownership of your content and grant PrezKit the licence needed to host, display, and operate your page and the service. We own PrezKit itself — the platform, brand, and software.
9. Reporting, notice & action, and enforcement
Anyone can report a page via the Report a page link. We review reports, decide what action to take (which may include freezing or removing a page, suspending verification, or requiring a name change), give the affected person a clear, specific reason, and offer a way to respond or appeal. Decisions are reviewed by a person, not made by automated means alone. We may suspend or close accounts for repeated infringement, impersonation, or misuse of the reporting system.
10. Availability, liability & changes
We aim to keep PrezKit available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms excludes the mandatory protections that consumer law gives you. We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes.
11. Law & disputes
These terms are governed by French law. For consumers, the mandatory protections of your country of residence and the EU consumer floor continue to apply. See the consumer mediation clause in our Sale Terms (CGV).
