1. Seller & scope
Paid plans are sold by Avy Lotati, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, micro-entreprise regime), trading as "EYA Concept" — SIRET 825 221 518 00020, Moulin de Mongadon, 86600 Lusignan, France, contact legal@prezkit.com. VAT n° FR11 825 221 518 — TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI (franchise en base; no VAT charged). These CGV apply to all paid purchases.
2. The paid plans

Prices are shown in USD. The total price is shown clearly before you pay. For plans that combine a one-time purchase with a subscription, the two are treated separately (see sections 4–6).
3. Ordering & payment
Orders are placed through Stripe Checkout; payment confirms the order. We send an order confirmation/invoice by email. You acknowledge the price and these terms before paying.
4. Right of withdrawal (14 days) and the digital-content waiver
EU/French consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase (droit de rétractation). For digital content delivered immediately, this right can be waived — but only with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgment (Code de la consommation art. L221-28 13°). Before purchase you tick a required, non-pre-ticked box:
"I expressly request that PrezKit begins providing this digital content immediately, and I acknowledge that I expressly waive my 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun."

The checkbox state, timestamp, plan and price are captured and logged at checkout.
5. Subscriptions: renewal & cancellation
Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in billing; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the paid period.
6. Refund policy
- One-time digital purchases: once delivery has begun and the withdrawal right is waived (section 4), they are non-refundable, except where the law requires (a non-conforming/defective product) or as a goodwill gesture at our discretion.
- Subscriptions: cancel anytime; the current period is non-refundable unless required by law; access continues to period end.
- Your statutory guarantees (conformity) are unaffected.
7. Conformity & guarantees
The French legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply where relevant; nothing in these terms limits a consumer's statutory rights.
8. Price changes & taxes
We may change prices for future purchases/renewals with notice. No VAT is charged today — TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI (franchise en base).
9. Consumer mediation & disputes
Before any legal action, a consumer may use our designated consumer mediator: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris (https://www.cm2c.net). EU consumers may also use the EU ODR platform. These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
